“ Delicious food, excellent service! I got the grilled chicken tenders and the BBQ fries. The chicken was fresh!! The fries were perfectly layered to get the food in every bite as well. I had two employees check up on me and they were extremely generous. Only downsides as the tables and chairs are a bit grungy and sticky. ”

“ Stopped in this small spot knew about it just don’t really come out this way. Got the specialty tender and fry and platter they delivered on crispy battered 2oz tenders. fries seemed as if they were rushed when cooked not my favorite nor seasoned. Got house made buffalo and hot sauce both are on point. I prefer my hotsauce to not be chilled but I am impressed will be back if I’m in the area! ”

“ I always wanted to stop here but the exit is kind of daunting during the evening rush. I’m glad I did because it’s one of my favorite places now. They have good hours, generous portions, friendly staff that wear hairnets and gloves and a nice dining room with a Super Nintendo. Everything is a bit on the salty side and I’d like to see some vegetable side dishes but otherwise this place is going to please the whole family. They even have family platters that are catering style with nice packaging for a very reasonable price and without advance ordering. Wait times are extremely reasonable even when ordering a lot of food. ”
“ Hands down the best local chicken spot. I've been hunting for good fried chicken since I moved to the area, so I figured I'd give Joey's a shot, and holy cow they delivered. That was back in 2021, and I've been coming back since then. Between the friendly atmosphere, the consistent quality, and the wide variety of menu options, the only inconsistent thing is "What am I going to order?"! When in doubt, the Chicken Strips with "FD" sauce is the move, and the "Fat Guy Fries" are a great runner up if you're feeling especially hungry. If you're looking to level up your lunch plans, but not looking to break the bank, Joey's Chicken Shack is the move. ”
“ These guys rock. Total hole in the wall. But damn is the food good. Super friendly. I cannot more highly recommend this joint... My only negative observations would be, that the "cheese sauce" on the cheese steak is not very good. It has an odd synthetic powder like texture. And the "toasted Italian bread" is not toasted or Italian. It was like under baked wonder bread. ”
